They raised their prices for mental health visits from $59 to $119 claiming that since that’s still cheaper than most mental health clinics it’s okay. The administration is taking advantage of people in need and extorting them. I could barely afford the $59 dollars now the $119 is going to make it impossible for me to come and see my psychiatrist. This is supposed to be a clinic to help those in need not to take advantage of people in the community. Without insurance I can’t afford to see anyone. This is an outrageous unethical decision made by administration.

I have never known this clinic until a friend recommended. I took my immigrant mother for her denture needs. The front office are very attentive, very polite. I received at least 3 voice calls for follow up appointments. They do call several times to ensure that you don't miss your follow up appointments. Thanks for doing so. It was very helpful.

Doctor Venkat! His assistant Mona! What can I say? You are amazing professionals! My mother and I just cannot say enough "Thank You"s. You have been superb.

Doctor Venkat, the director of the dental office at Ibn-Sina was our doctor. We feel so lucky to have him as my mother's doctor. I am cure other doctors are as informed and attentive as him. He very kind, friendly, and he really cares about his patients. Not to mention he is also just fun conversationalist, and down to earth.

Mona! Doctor Venkat's assistant... OMG. She is amazing. She took care of my mothers all technical details regarding her dentures. She has a very warm personality. She made the process very easy and friendly for my mother.

A big, sincere, deep from the heart "THANK YOU" to Dr. Venkat, Mona, Apshin (who is another kind very helpful person at the clinic helped us in the clinic) for their utmost care for my mother's dental needs.

Very fast and exceptional service. Very knowledgeable people about immigration medicals. Also offers other services like maternity care, dental and other primary care. Getting appointment was easy and got reports back within 2-3 days. Definitely recommended.

Make sure the person answering the phones is fluent in english. You may receive calls from people of many different nationalities, and their accents can vary. If the person answering the phone cannot speak and understand English clearly and confidently they should not be handling this role.

Nearly four hours of waiting for less than 10 minutes with the doctor.
The doctor did not listen to our concerns and told us we were “describing the symptoms wrong.” She repeatedly insisted it was the flu despite negative test results and despite us clearly explaining that the symptoms were different. The interaction felt rushed and dismissive.
The front desk experience was equally unacceptable. Staff were willing to spend long periods chatting with patients who spoke their own language, while patients speaking English or Spanish were given no explanations — only told to “sit and wait,” with visible impatience and a rude attitude.
I am normally very patient and understanding. I usually accept long wait times without complaint, but this experience was completely unacceptable.

When a severe medical issue arose over the weekend with one of my family members and most clinics we normally go to with insurance were closed, Ibn Sina community healthcare truly came through. The staff welcomed us as walk-ins and handled everything efficiently.

Despite a high volume of patients, the team remained organized and attentive. Mr. Adeel Khawaja personally checked on us, assessed our needs, and guided us to the appropriate care.

We were treated by Umer Virk, an exceptional medical professional who was caring, respectful, and friendly. He listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and made us feel comfortable throughout the visit.

We left with a medication prescription in hand and clear instructions for recovery. The entire experience was compassionate, professional, and reassuring. Highly recommended for accessible, reliable, and convenient medical care.

Reception is the face of an organisation. Unfortunately, organisations usually ignore this fact and deploy the cheapest of the society as receptionist. I went there to collect my blood results. But there was no ink in the printer to print my results. I asked to email me the results, and I was asked to leave, and we will email you. As if they are determined to make my trip to ibn sina useless. Everyone is busy in this country. No one has time to make a useless trip to a clinic, and if the receptionist is not the cheapest of society, she will understand it. I did not give one star because the doctors are good..

Worst experience every time I bring my family here. The front desk will always tell you there is a waiting of 30 to 40 mins but you end up waiting 2 hours outside and 30 mins for the doctor. They will call you and do your vitals signs and let you sit on the chair for an hour or so. After an hour they will call you send you in a room to wait for a doctor but doctor will take his/her own time to come and see you. Sometimes it’s 30 mins to an hour.
And the payment is same that I am paying for a well known speciality clinic where they treat you with respect and are very punctual of timings.
Worst place to visit if you don’t have insurance.

Leylani named Spanish girl on the reception is extremely rude and misbehave with patients. I did not like her attitude at all. On the other hand a lady named Shamsa who does entries is so so helpful and sweet. She guided me through each n everything and helped me alot. Muzamil named guy helped me alot too with all the appointments stuff. I appreciate shamsa and muzamil but I am extremely disappointed from that Spanish girl.

I have been visiting this hospital frequently. There are great people and an amazing environment. Really appreciate the hospitality the stuff had for us. Special thanks to Adeel, Dr.Umar, Muzamil, Shamsa Jeewani & Maryala. They all are kind & supportive people.I recommend this place.

My first time visiting this place to see the dermatologist, Dr. Khan. I’ve had a rash on my face since January of 2025 and I went to my primary care doctor more than 6 times, I went to different doctors, two other dermatologists but no one was able to treat my rash. My face was really itchy, dry, burning and red. I came across this place on google and de used to make an appointment with Dr. khan. It’s in office visit but it’s virtual, a nurse stays in the room with you and walks you through it.
I briefly explained to Dr. Khan about my rash and he prescribed me a face wash, antibiotics, and an ointment. I started using the face wash along with the ointment on oct 1st and today is Oct 19th, my face has gotten so so much better, almost completely clear. The itch, redness, rash is gone. A few little break outs but that’s my normal skin. Dr. Khan was able to treat my rash in first visit!!

I had an absolutely awful experience at Ibna Sina Clinic. The clinic is poorly managed, and the staff is extremely unprofessional. During my ultrasound, someone came into the room in the middle of the procedure, which was completely inappropriate and made me feel very uncomfortable. The staff clearly doesn’t know what they’re doing—they seemed confused, untrained, and unable to answer basic questions. On top of that, they were openly talking amongst themselves on the phone instead of helping patients, and their attitude was horrible—they clearly don’t like to assist or provide care. The clinic is also incredibly dirty; the walls have visible dirt and grime, and nothing seems properly cleaned. I honestly don’t understand how this place is still open—it should be shut down. The environment felt chaotic, unsafe, and disorganized, and patient care clearly isn’t a priority. I am planning to report this clinic due to their unprofessional behavior and unsanitary conditions. I would strongly advise avoiding this clinic if you value professionalism, cleanliness, and competent, respectful care.

Came for a refill, left with a bill and zero results.”

Staff was super nice — can’t complain there — but the medical side? Completely lost. I got charged a specialist fee, which I didn’t mind if I actually got any help. My only goal was a simple refill for a medication I’ve been taking for years.

One young, polite provider took my history and said he’d talk to the attending and send the prescription to my pharmacy. Sounded great… until the attending showed up with, “This is a community clinic, you’ll have to go somewhere else for refills.”

So basically, I got neither my medicine nor any treatment, just a bill and a “good luck.” If confusion was the goal, mission accomplished.

-1 star. Dr. Maddipati Virajitha in 2 hours pull out my one tooth she was slow nurse was not helpful talk with each other more but not pay attention to patient not recommended to visit. No management wild life yelling on each other like Warthogs and Hyenas in Jungle. She pull out one tooth and damage two other teeth. Maybe some people with no insurance or have some lack of resources may go Ibn Sina. Try Hope clinic way better than this one.

Patient and gentle dentist and staff. Thorough with their explanations and consistently paused to make sure I was comfortable. Surprisingly quick appointment time in proximity to call-in. Affordable care by American dental standards and accepts all forms of payments.

This place is very poorly managed. The waiting time is extremely long, they ask for too many documents, and after one or two hours of waiting, they realize they haven’t even scanned the documents. There are many mistakes, and they let people in ahead of others just because they know someone inside. It’s very unorganized and unfair.

Spent more than 4 hours today to get my lab tests done. After the vitals, I was required to pay more for some extra tests and the cs forgot to ask for payment and put me on hold for an hour before I asked them about an eta give samples. That’s when they remembered that I need to pay for the extra tests. They did mention that I will be receive service soon but that was just words as I had to wait another 30 minutes to see the nurse. I would probably choose other providers next time. Lack of communication and urgency is unacceptable.

Fraud in the Name of Charity – Do Not Trust Ibne Sina Clinic

This clinic is a total scam, and I feel it is my duty to warn others. Ibne Sina Clinic pretends to be a “charity” clinic, but what they are really doing is cheating innocent people and misusing the name of charity for profit.

I went there with my child for ONE simple vaccination — that’s it. I even brought the prescription from another doctor, so there was no need for any consultation. After making us wait over an hour, they suddenly said I had to pay $29. When I asked why, the staff member couldn’t give any reason — she literally said, “I don’t know why we’re charging $29.”

To avoid an argument, I calmly agreed and paid. Then I asked for a receipt — and that’s when I saw the full scam exposed. The receipt showed:

$19 for a consultation fee (THERE WAS NO CONSULTATION)

$10 for a service fee

This is daylight robbery. They lied just to grab more money. And the worst part — they pretend to be a CHARITY CLINIC. What kind of charity cheats parents who are trying to get basic healthcare for their children?

we went to another clinic afterward, and they charged us only $15 total for the same exact vaccination — with no fake fees, no lies, and full transparency.

SHAME on this clinic. They are dishonest, unethical, and greedy. Charging fake consultation fees to patients who bring their own prescriptions is beyond unacceptable — it is fraud.

I strongly recommend others to stay far away from this place. They are not here to help — they are here to steal. I will be reporting them, and I urge others to do the same.

This place is a complete scam. My father came here for an emergency dental treatment that included a full upper denture. From the very beginning, everything was disorganized, misleading, and unprofessional.

They never saw him on time. Appointments were constantly delayed or rescheduled last-minute without explanation. They changed the treatment plans and pricing as they pleased, completely disregarding the original agreement. At one point, they even lost my father’s dental history and tried to convince us that the temporary denture he had been given was actually the final one — a blatant lie.

My father had to wait nearly 9 months for something they initially told us would take only 6. He was in pain the entire time and kept complaining about discomfort with the denture. They never fixed it and never delivered a proper final product. To make matters worse, the new dental clinic we went to recently confirmed that the denture was poorly made, using cheap materials and completely unacceptable quality.

I am now $13,000 in debt from this horrible place and have to start over and pay for a new treatment somewhere else — where they're actually taking care of my father with honesty and professionalism.

This clinic is careless, dishonest, and predatory. Do NOT waste your money, time, or trust here. They will exploit you, ignore your complaints, and leave you worse than when you walked in.

The kind of therapist you pray for — Mahtab is a blessing!

I can’t say enough about how grateful I am for Mahtab. Today, in a moment when I needed urgent support, she came through for me in a way that I’ll never forget. Yesterday being the 6th of May, 2025, I came to the dental clinic with my son and he has no insurance. The staff in this facility were so wonderful, so nice and their team work are incredible. They helped my son with his teeth. When I approached the staff who would prepare the treatment bill, and I told her that my son didn’t have insurance and I just didn’t know how to pay the huge bill for his dental. The staff(Perla) directed me to the medical department with a note to see the staff that was in charge of eligibility. Then the other man (Ali Shan) who was at the moment seeing over the credit card bill that was given to me, said to me that if my son qualifies for the eligibility, that they would remove the bill from that credit. I am very greatful for this help.
The entire staff of these facilities both medical and dental help me and my son so much. I appreciate it. Than you so much.

I do not recommend this clinic. Poorly managed, poor communication and the staff looks overwhelmed. I also called 4 times to request a refill on a medication and was told it would be sent to the pharmacy. After they informed that it was sent to the pharmacy and told me the date and times I reached out to the pharmacy. They received nothing. I called the clinic back for the 5th time and was told they would call it into the pharmacy! NOTHING HAS BEEN CALLED IN!

I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The front desk team and dental assistants were warm, professional, and attentive, making the entire visit smooth and reassuring. A special thank you to Dr. Minhal Muhammad for his calm demeanor and exceptional care during my root canal and crown procedure. He explained every step clearly, from the initial examination to the final placement and sealing of the crown ensuring I felt informed and was comfortable throughout, and made the process virtually pain free and my recovery was swift. I came in as a walk-in and they still took great care of me. I did have to wait a bit, but it was definitely worth it. The service was very good and everyone was professional and kind. I walked in because I had an appointment they said they had to remove me out of the schedule because I did not confirm my appointment. I work in the medical field as well and we don’t cancel appointments like that .They told me it was policy but no one ever informed me of that when I made my appointment over the phone . Also I work late hours meaning I can’t answer until I am out and by that time they are already closed. When I explained that to the girl at the front she was giggling like it was funny ? So unprofessional

I don’t even know where to begin with the doctors and staff here. These guys truly are god’s sent help for people. Doctors here also REALLY take their time consulting with the patients and make absolutely sure that everything is understood and discussed. Best of all, they would take you even without insurance. They also, depending on the availability, give out free medical supplies and medications without you even asking. True god’s people. May god bless everyone at ibn Sina.

If there is something in negative rating, they deserve it. In the United States, I have seen the first clinic where cancer patients are treated as if they committed a major crime and refused to provide basic services. At in the name of community service, it is a waste of people's time and a major hoax.

Was told by LBJ Hospital that they did extractions for $99...Then was told over the phone they did. Took a day off work and drove 30 miles to find out they're actually $175. Had they been honest I would have not even bothered, as I have no insurance and was paying cash. Seemed like a nice place, but they were dishonest about cost, I feel, to lure me in assuming I would just pay no matter the cost.

My sister needed a root canal, crown, and multiple fillings. I am so thankful for this place. From the beginning phone call to the procedure, it was the best experience. Everyone at that location truly cared for my sister and wanted to make sure she was comfortable. I’m so grateful this place exists because they provided amazing service at such an affordable price.

🌙 🌟 Ibn Sina Dentist Wilcrest is the best place you can go for teeth cleaning, tooth extraction, and root canal. Dr. Allen Wang assisted me a he did a wonderful job explaining my treatment plan, was kind, gentle and fast. I very much recommend him.

HORRIBLE CLINIC.
Do NOT ‼️ I REPEAT DO NOT ‼️‼️ come to this clinic. We are in $2,000 in debt. Horrible place treated my mother wrong and is just a horrible clinic. They made the dentures and it came out horribly, doctor didn’t even care about her opinions and threw it aside when she asked for a size fix and said if you don’t want it then leave it. And just left the room. We have tried to fight back with this clinic but they keep saying my mother had confirmed that the sizing was right and color, tightness, etc when she wasn’t even handed the denture. This is a SCAM. I am infuriated by this clinic and will be reporting.

I don’t have the words to express how good this place is. They have top notch customer service and also very knowledgeable and competent staff. The director, Dr Muhammad Ali works with you to get the most reasonable rates. Even if you have insurance, sometimes it’s cheaper to go through them directly. They compare what the insurance will pay versus what they charge and let you pick whichever option you want.
Other community medical facilities tend to look down on their patients, knowing that most are low income individuals. Not with Ibn Sina. You get the VIP treatment there. Even though I now have good insurance, I will keep going back to them. I highly recommend them for your health care needs.

They are pretty quick about getting you an appointment. Affordable doesn’t always mean good. I have been having issues with a filling since they did it, they didn’t give me instructions to come back so the filling chipped (it was too high.) also they front staff doesn’t communicate with the dentist. I was informed I’d have all 4 fillings, paid for all and only received two. Now that I’m having issues with the fillings they did, I’m requesting a refund and I keep getting told different things about my refund. I want my refund as quickly as y’all took the money. I do not recommend this place. Find a reputable dentist with payment plans.

I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The front desk team and dental assistants were warm, professional, and attentive, making the entire visit smooth and reassuring. A special thank you to Dr. Minhal Muhammad for his calm demeanor and exceptional care during my root canal and crown procedure. He explained every step clearly, from the initial examination to the final placement and sealing of the crown ensuring I felt informed and was comfortable throughout, and made the process virtually pain free and my recovery was swift. I came in as a walk-in and they still took great care of me. I did have to wait a bit, but it was definitely worth it. The service was very good and everyone was professional and kind. Perla was especially helpful—she answered all of my questions and helped me understand my bill clearly. Overall, a great experience. I would definitely recommend this dental clinic!

I walked in because I had an appointment they said they had to remove me out of the schedule because I did not confirm my appointment. I work in the medical field as well and we don’t cancel appointments like that .They told me it was policy but no one ever informed me of that when I made my appointment over the phone . Also I work late hours meaning I can’t answer until I am out and by that time they are already closed. When I explained that to the girl at the front she was giggling like it was funny ? So unprofessional

I don’t even know where to begin with the doctors and staff here. These guys truly are god’s sent help for people. Doctors here also REALLY take their time consulting with the patients and make absolutely sure that everything is understood and discussed. Best of all, they would take you even without insurance. They also, depending on the availability, give out free medical supplies and medications without you even asking. True god’s people. May god bless everyone at ibn Sina.

If there is something in negative rating, they deserve it. In the United States, I have seen the first clinic where cancer patients are treated as if they committed a major crime and refused to provide basic services. At in the name of community service, it is a waste of people's time and a major hoax.

Was told by LBJ Hospital that they did extractions for $99...Then was told over the phone they did. Took a day off work and drove 30 miles to find out they're actually $175. Had they been honest I would have not even bothered, as I have no insurance and was paying cash. Seemed like a nice place, but they were dishonest about cost, I feel, to lure me in assuming I would just pay no matter the cost.

Yes lower prices but every time they run behind and never have seen me at my appointment time.. you get moved into a room and then wait another long time.. today it took 2 hours for a checkup and X-rays. Then waited again to get the cleaning. All in all,my opinion is that it is not efficiently managed.

My sister needed a root canal, crown, and multiple fillings. I am so thankful for this place. From the beginning phone call to the procedure, it was the best experience. Everyone at that location truly cared for my sister and wanted to make sure she was comfortable. I’m so grateful this place exists because they provided amazing service at such an affordable price.

Do NOT ‼️ I REPEAT DO NOT ‼️‼️ come to this clinic. We are in $2,000 in debt. Horrible place treated my mother wrong and is just a horrible clinic. They made the dentures and it came out horribly, doctor didn’t even care about her opinions and threw it aside when she asked for a size fix and said if you don’t want it then leave it. And just left the room. We have tried to fight back with this clinic but they keep saying my mother had confirmed that the sizing was right and color, tightness, etc when she wasn’t even handed the denture. This is a SCAM. I am infuriated by this clinic and will be reporting.

This place is a complete scam. My father came here for an emergency dental treatment that included a full upper denture. From the very beginning, everything was disorganized, misleading, and unprofessional.

They never saw him on time. Appointments were constantly delayed or rescheduled last-minute without explanation. They changed the treatment plans and pricing as they pleased, completely disregarding the original agreement. At one point, they even lost my father’s dental history and tried to convince us that the temporary denture he had been given was actually the final one — a blatant lie.

My father had to wait nearly 9 months for something they initially told us would take only 6. He was in pain the entire time and kept complaining about discomfort with the denture. They never fixed it and never delivered a proper final product. To make matters worse, the new dental clinic we went to recently confirmed that the denture was poorly made, using cheap materials and completely unacceptable quality.

I am now $7,000 in debt from this horrible place and have to start over and pay for a new treatment somewhere else — where they're actually taking care of my father with honesty and professionalism.

This clinic is careless, dishonest, and predatory. Do NOT waste your money, time, or trust here. They will exploit you, ignore your complaints, and leave you worse than when you walked in.

I don’t have the words to express how good this place is. They have top notch customer service and also very knowledgeable and competent staff. The director, Dr Muhammad Ali works with you to get the most reasonable rates. Even if you have insurance, sometimes it’s cheaper to go through them directly. They compare what the insurance will pay versus what they charge and let you pick whichever option you want.
Other community medical facilities tend to look down on their patients, knowing that most are low income individuals. Not with Ibn Sina. You get the VIP treatment there. Even though I now have good insurance, I will keep going back to them. I highly recommend them for your health care needs.

Dr. Ram Kairam and his assistant, Dr. Nima Khuwaja, are a fantastic team! They gave our son truly excellent care at the Ibn e Sina Clinic Webster TX.

Dr. Kairam guided us through every step, especially with scheduling the MRI test. He made sure we completely understood our son's condition and never rushed us.
We were so impressed that he personally took the time to talk to the best neurosurgeon at a top hospital about our son's case. This shows how dedicated he is!

Both Dr. Kairam and Dr. Khuwaja have kept us in constant contact with updates and information from all the consulting doctors. They are still in touch which made us feel supported and informed throughout the entire process.

We highly recommend Dr. Kairam and his team. They provide compassionate, expert, and thorough care.

I have been here a few times over the years with my whole family. I absolutely love it here. Their prices are phenomenal and they always take good care of us. We never feel rushed, but I love the fact that they get straight to the point. I have been here for both dental and medical, for myself and my kids. The doctors and assistants are always so kind to my 8 year old. They are very patient and I always voice my appreciation to them because working with kids is not easy. I also love the fact that they tell you the prices before treatment starts so that way, you can have an idea of what you will be paying beforehand. It is always clean and smells good. I just left for an old crown on my daughter that needed to be pulled. We previously came for a few other caps a few months ago and each time she was treated so well. They are one of the best clinics I’ve gone to. They have great service with wonderful receptionists and dental staff. They’re professional, and patient with their work and always make sure that the customer is comfortable and okay.

This is the first time my husband and I have been here. We will be returning for all of our dental needs. The staff is so pleasant and efficient. The prices are great also. We do not have dental insurance but since the prices are so good they are actually better than having dental insurance. They do take Medicare and PPO plans but no medicaid yet. This office actually makes going to the dentist almost pleasant.

As a truck driver I have to have medical attention as I have high blood pressure and diabetes so I don’t have any insurance and I’m grateful to have a clinic that except patience without insurance, but every time you need your prescription filled for medication’s that you’ve been taking for 10 years for the same thing prescriptions never change but they will only give you a 90 day supply and you have to come back in 90 days to do it all over again pay for another doctor visit just to get your medication

Drove two hours to see a doctor who wouldn’t even refill prescriptions. She acted as if I’d never been in their clinic before. I have been a patient of theirs for over five years, unfortunately they closed the port Arthur location. So I had to drive to Webster to their other location. WILL NOT BE BACK. Terrible bedside manner, and have been calling for three days for the prescriptions she promised and they won’t even fill those. Spent so much money, and it was an absolute waste.

I went here for a dental check up and cleaning about 6 months ago. After jamming their tools into the bases of my teeth to cause pain, they told me I had 12 cavities. They did not show me any cavities on the X-ray or in a mirror, just printed a piece of paper with labels of where they were. I thought that was ridiculous since I have good hygiene and always have a good check up elsewhere. But they pressured me to apply for their financing to get them fixed. Literally, stood over me while I was applying. Luckily, I was not approved. After I left they called me several times offering me “discounts” on the fillings. I went to another clinic for a second opinion yesterday and was told that I do not have any cavities and the dentist was extremely confused on how anyone with experience could misdiagnose that many cavities. It seems like this particular clinic is trying to scam money out of already financially strapped patients by providing false diagnoses.

Dr. Juliet and the staff were great. I appreciated her thoughtfulness. I shared with her that my blood pressure med refills were being held hostage by a health practitioner who wanted me to pay her for another office visit before she approved the refill. I have never been directed to see a physician every 3 months before they refill BP meds. She was hustling me; my health was not her priority.

Dr. Juliet listened to my concerns, including that my BP was high because of my anxiety around being affected by people like the previous doctor who didn’t value my life and wellbeing. I was still angry, and she was kind and understanding.

We discussed the treatment plan and lifestyle changes (increase greens, decrease sweet & savory). I have a jump rope in my car; think I’ll pull it out.

I appreciate this service and their kindness.

Very disappointing experience. Every time I visit this clinic, the wait is extremely long. Even when I arrive before my scheduled appointment, I end up waiting over 30 minutes in the lobby and often more than an hour to see the doctor. In total, it takes 2–3 hours just for a visit, which is frustrating and unnecessary.

I understand clinics can be busy, but consistent delays like this show a lack of respect for patients time. I hope the management can review scheduling and workflow to improve wait times and overall patient experience.

Very disappointed with their services.
I went here years ago and the doctor I saw was rude. She did not listen to what had to say. She started to prescribe antidepressants immediately. When I said I didn't want that, she loudly and rudely wrote in my chart "refuses treatment".
Their dental department is Ok. I have no complains. I've had good service with them.
I tried the medical department once more recently and was very disappointed again. The nurse was rude, no bedside manners. I waited more than 1 hour to see the doctor in 1 room. The doctor was in another room waiting for the patients to come to her. I don't think she throughly examined me. When I asked the doctor at if I had and infection, she responded with No. She prescribed a cough medication that the pharmacy told me I could not take because of hypertension. I chose to eventually go to another doctor because I wasn't getting better and it turned out that I did have an infection. It is very sad that this place charges for mediocre health services.
Either do it right or don't do it at all. Here is a picture of the chair I was suppose to sit in, I chose to stand. Who knows what stained this chair and no one bothered to clean it.
Please do not hire Health staff that does not want to work and be polite to customers, paying customers.

I went to this clinic to have my teeth cleaned and it was a very good experience.

The staff were friendly and professional.

And the Hygienist...Siddiqui...did anexcellent job cleaning my teeth.

It was an great experience and I highly recommend this place.

I will 100% bring my children here for dental checkups.

This clinic has been the most helpful for my situation on my cases of being sick. They are always looking out for what’s best for you and not just give out medicine that’s it. I have been coming to this clinic for a couple of years now. Yes, there have been times I have had to wait a few hours. I don't mind it as many offices have higher cost and I have to travel further. These clinics also have in house Xray, ultrasound and specialist all of which I've had to go to at one point. Thankyou everyone for your hard work!

Had a 5 star experience with Dr Gutierrez!
Amazing bedside manner and great work on my crown that had come off and had been off for a few months. This was the result of shotty work of a big name fancy dentistry .
My insurance had preapproved a new crown but Dr Gutierrez worked on the old one and replaced it with no pain at all !
Hard to fine a honest good doctor ! Everyone at this clinic was very nice and helpful!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this dental clinic, and I feel it’s important to share so others are aware. Before my appointment, I took the time to call twice on different days to confirm the cash price for my visit. Both times, I spoke to two different employees who clearly told me the price would be $22. I wanted to be absolutely certain of the cost, which is why I asked more than once, and both gave me the same answer.
However, when I arrived for my appointment, after waiting over an hour to even be seen, I was suddenly told the cost would actually be $114. That is more than five times the amount I was quoted on the phone, and no one could give me a proper explanation for such a drastic change. What makes this even worse is that calling ahead to verify the price made absolutely no difference. At the end of the day, you just waste your time asking in advance because they will charge you whatever amount they decide once you’re physically there.
When I tried to discuss this issue, instead of being helpful or apologetic, the staff and even the manager stood there smiling as if it was a joke. The front desk employee, in particular, laughed while I was clearly frustrated and trying to understand why I had been misled. This behavior was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.
Patients put their trust in healthcare providers not just for treatment, but also for honesty and clarity about services and costs. If the staff cannot even provide accurate, consistent information about something as simple as pricing, it raises serious concerns about how reliable they can be when it comes to something as important as health. This experience left me with no confidence in their professionalism or their ability to care for patients properly.
I left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and misled. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone who expects honesty, professionalism, and basic respect from their healthcare providers.

This is the second time I have encountered a terrible experience here for Dental services, my first visit the lady couldn't get the correct x-ray in my mouth for nothing we did like 40x. I so I believe she is very inexperienced. I wish I knew her name I would definitely post it here. The doctor was terrible as well so I was so disappointed I just said prescribed me a prescription to stop the pain in my tooth when I was initially there to get my tooth pulled. They put they hands and machinery in my mouth at least 20x did not ask if I need to spit once. The doctor did not prescribe me enough medication to knockout the pain in my tooth so today I'm here to get it pulled, im thinking there's no way I can have bad experiences back to back. Sure enough my appointment was at 1:30 pm today Aug 3, 2025 I sign in at 12:59 pm it was 1:37 pm when I walked out. The desk clerk even tried to get me to pay now before seeing the dentist she knew I was going to be sitting there for a while so I wouldn't walk out after they received my payment. So as I'm walking out they proceed to call another person in front of me. I have come to this place plenty of times and been turned around because I was a walk-in, but today they accepting walk-in for only certain individuals I saw this with my own eyes. If the Dr are backed up they shouldn't schedule so many appointments on one day simple if that certain doctor has to much then he needs to give some work to another doctor simple everyone in there is supposed to have degrees so nobody shouldn't be capable of doing the job presented to them. Also I will not come back I know they charge about $40-$60 for missed appointments. I wish I had the names of the nurse and the doctor to put them specifically on blast. You will not be charging me for a missed appointment that I was there early for but you drop the ball on me. No way! Also time is one thing we cannot get back DO BETTER. They called me at 2:10 asking if I was still in office wow that's a long time to be waiting for an appointment also the room was half empty

I was very disappointed to have a poor experience here as we were referred by clients who love this dental office. I specifically called and gave them details about having to come in for a last minute procedure for my child. After waiting over an hour to be seen, the doctor comes in and checks my child's teeth. She asks me if my child has had to use general anesthesia for procedures in the past and I said yes. She said she didn't think he would cooperate for local anesthesia and wouldnt even attempt to try. I specifically told the office when I made the appointment he would be scared but we dont have an option at this point and they reassured me the doctor was great with kids and would be okay taking care of it. The attitude from both the doctor and the eye rolling from the nurse was not acceptable and not professional. I will never go here or refer this place to anyone.

To her luck she got Dr. Juliet Obi, she asked my mother what was her check up about and she explained her problem. Next thing you know Dr. Juliet Obi got an attitude and started to insult my own mother, telling her she isn't taking her health seriously. She proceeded telling my mother the reason her right shoulder and back area is hurting so much because, she has arthritis. -_- First of all, we all know arthritis only occurs on the hands and feet. Please someone explain to me how tf you can get arthritis on your back? That's the most dumbest thing I ever heard a what so called "Dr" say in my life. Dr. Juliet Obi ma'am you need to go back to medical school, stop playing with people's health. Health is not a joke, if you don't know what a person has and can't give them an approximate or a result of their issue, then just say you don't know. Why do you have to be giving these people attitudes and treat them like dogs for? This is your job to help people feel better, not to screw them over and take their money! This is very unacceptable! Do better if not give up your position to someone else who can do the job correctly, and know what they're actually doing. Also I don't tolerate anyone disrespecting my own mother especially insulting her when it comes to her health! I will not let my mother come back to this clinic ever again, we decided it's better to go somewhere else and get the true care she really needs. Don't come here if your seriously in pain or need answers on results -_- It's not worth your time and money, you will either leave the clinic feeling the same or worst under the hands of Dr. Juliet Obi.

Dr. Potu is an excellent dentist and I couldn’t be happier with my care. He made two crowns for me with great precision and attention to detail, and they feel and look fantastic. What truly sets him apart is his honesty and expertise—another dentist had recommended a root canal, but Dr. Potu was able to save my teeth and avoid that procedure altogether. He took the time to explain my options clearly and made me feel confident in the treatment plan. Professional, gentle, and highly skilled. I highly recommend Dr. Potu to anyone looking for exceptional dental care.

Been coming here for years! This location is always clean, nice, and professional. I even had a dental implant done a couple of years ago , and they did an amazing job. As a small business owner without dental insurance, I really appreciate how affordable they are the quality of care is excellent!

I am very disappointed with their service. I went in for a dental emergency, and when the receptionist asked for my email, I accidentally included an extra letter. They told me I would receive a quotation the next day by email, but nothing arrived.

When I called, they said they were waiting for approval from my insurance company. However, when I contacted my insurer, I was told no one from the clinic had reached out at all. Only after I personally asked my insurer to send the details did the clinic suddenly “receive a response.” It felt like they hadn’t bothered until I followed up myself.

Later, they finally called me regarding the quote. When I asked the receptionist to correct the single typo in my email address so I could receive it, she rudely told me that I would have to come in person just to change one letter. This makes no sense—I had to waste extra time and effort for something that should have been easily fixed.

Overall, very poor communication and customer service.

Ibne sina is not what it use to be years back to serve humans, because medical and dental are so expensive abd controlled by lobbyists.
Now they will push you to take certain tests that you don't need to make money.

I cannot describe to you the disappointment I felt when I visited this clinic, starting with the inquiries, passing through the examinations, the delays in appointments, and ending with the method of treatment. It was truly a bad experience.

Dr. Prabha is the best doctor at this clinic. She explains everything really well. Also they take walk-ins. Usually not very busy.

This was single-handedly the BEST clinical experience I've ever had.

I came to the clinic as a new patient based on a friend's recommendation along with Google, seeking consultation and care. As someone who's accustomed to waiting 30-40 minutes in various Waiting Rooms to just be seen, I can tell you the staff at Ibn had me waiting only 5 minutes max.

(Side note- Coral at the front desk was an absolute superstar helping with all the new patient processes and answering all my questions throughout the day- I asked a LOT)

The clinical staff and Doctor were also amazing as they made the consultation appointment seamless, from all the x-rays, to consultation, and next steps.

I was flabergasted by how they handled the billing as it was incredibly transparent along with presenting costs for what was to come. What I paid for was mind blowing in the best way.

If you're reading this and considering coming to Ibn Sina for care, I whole heartedly recommend you do so! (It's also located right next to Simos Diner- the best diner in Houston!)

If you're reading this and considering donating this this clinic, DO IT WITHOUT HESITATION!

I had Dental exams and some procedures done here including Wisdom tooth extraction, Deep cleaning etc. The service was great. The doctor, nurse, receptionist and specially the manager - all were very welcoming and friendly. I was able to do same day procedures. Highly recommend this clinic.
